Welcome to The Closers Lab™. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all

training programs, courses, memberships, coaching services, digital products, and related content

provided by The Closers Lab™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Closers Lab™ offering, you agree to be bound by

these Terms & Conditions.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided through The Closers Lab™ is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how

you apply the information.

2. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

The Closers Lab™ makes no guarantees regarding sales performance, income or commissions, career

advancement, or business results. Any examples of success are illustrative only and do not represent

typical or promised outcomes. Results depend entirely on individual effort, experience, discipline, and

execution.

3. Access & Use of Content

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not

share login credentials, reproduce or distribute materials, record or resell content, or use materials to

train others without written permission. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment plans require completion of all scheduled payments.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided for any digital products, courses,

memberships, coaching, certifications, or payment plans.

6. Coaching & Mentorship Terms

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Coaching is provided “as is” with no guaranteed outcomes.

7. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions and results and that outcomes depend on

your effort and execution.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Closers Lab™ is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the

program.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks. Any disputes may result in immediate termination of access and

denial of future services.

10. Termination of AccessAccess may be terminated for violations, misuse, or unethical behavior without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials and methods, including the C.L.O.S.E.R. Method™, are the intellectual property of The

Closers Lab™.

12. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
